Using Rizzmas
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Rizzmas Privacy Notice. You must be old enough to use the app under the law that applies where you live and must follow the rules of the App Store, Google Play, and your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Features, availability, and third-party services can differ between Android and iOS releases. We may change, suspend, or remove a feature when needed.
Informational crypto content
Wallet, token, market, and PnL content is informational only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or guarantee. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Make your own decisions and use only a wallet or funds you control.
Rizzmas is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or wallet recovery service. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to the app or to support.
Third-party services
Rizzmas may use or link to the PnL proxy and downstream media processors, DexScreener, GMGN, Google Mobile Ads and consent services on iOS, Phantom, social networks, and other providers. These services have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and fees (if any). We do not control their systems or promise that their data, links, generated results, or services will be accurate, complete, secure, or available.
When you follow an external link or submit information to a provider, that provider's terms apply to the resulting activity. A blockchain transaction or wallet action is your responsibility and cannot be undone by app support.
Your content
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, images, video, audio, and other material you submit. You give the app and its configured service providers permission to transmit and process that material only as needed to provide the feature you request, operate the service, address abuse, and comply with law.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, invasive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content, or content containing another person's personal information without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to break the law, violate another service's rules, or harm another person.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with the app or its providers.
- Do not treat generated output, market data, or app messages as verified facts without checking the underlying source.
- Do not use the app for emergency, safety-critical, or professional financial decisions.
Availability and results
The app and its providers can be delayed, interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Market data can be incomplete or stale; PnL can differ from your own records; generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; and external links can stop working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular result, or that content will be preserved.
You are responsible for checking important information before acting and for keeping your own copies of content you want to retain.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the app or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
